Hinch Distillery is located in Co Down and is a leader among the new wave of Irish whiskey makers. It offers a range of sourced Irish whiskey releases while its own whiskey is quietly maturing in its warehouse on the Killaney Estate in Ballynahinch.

Hinch Distillery produces a family of whiskies that include a small-batch bourbon cask release, a five-year-old double wood casking, an imperial stout finished edition as well as Hinch peated single malt, its heavily peated entrant in the range.

Hinch also offers a range of limited edition bottles, including the Coinneseur Collection, five-year-old madeira wine finish. Each of these releases offer exciting new characteristics for the Irish whiskey category and celebrate the smooth, sweet malt taste of Hinch's whiskey.

The distillery visitor centre is a wonderful new state-of-the-art building at the heart of the Kilanney Estate in Co Down. The distillery is owned by Dr Terry Cross and launched in 2020.
