Dingle Distillery

In November 2012 on the outskirts of charming Dingle town, a new distillery opened that was to be the fifth on the island.

The distillery was founded by the Porterhouse brewing group and they opted to get investment by selling several hundred of their first casks through their Founding Fathers program.

The first whiskeys from Dingle have been various batches of Pot Still and also Single Malt.

The daily production from this independent distillery is just a fraction of what is made by the bigger players in the industry. The distillery also produces distinctive gin and vodka.
