Scottish whisky icon Billy Walker collaborated with the team at Athru to select exceptional Irish single malts, along with incredible casks for an unrivalled level of finishing. Using a combination of Bourbon, Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez and even Hungarian Tokaji casks they created the rich and complex Athru style.
