This is a premium blend of Pot Still and Grain Irish Whiskey, finished in Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks after a first maturation in ex-Bourbon barrels. “Atlantic Aged” in their coastal warehouses. This whiskey brings pot still spice and PX finishing to add some smooth sweetness.
