Redbreast PX

A limited release from Redbreast’s Iberian Series, this has been matured in bourbon and Oloroso before being finished in Spanish Pedro Ximenez Hogsheads. The spicy dried fruit nose gives way to a fruity but silky palate with toasted notes on the long lingering finish.
