Planteray Vintage Barbados Rum 2007

This 16-year-old rum shows a complex character and has spent two years maturing in ex-bourbon casks in Barbados, followed by 14 years in Ferrand cognac casks in France. Intense and spicy with sweet cinnamon and nutmeg, roasted almonds, and soft floral notes of honeysuckle. The palate brings citrus, custard, coconut and pepper. A long coconut, spice and hazelnut finish
