Bushmills 31 Year Old

Rare and limited are what Bushmills are showing off in this 31 year old. A commemoration of the long standing connections between Ireland and the United States, this has been aged in three distinct casks. Firstly 14 years maturing in Bourbon and Sherry casks before settling into pristine, new American oak, this lavish Single Malt is limited to only 780 bottles.

The nose opens with ripe fruit, vanilla, oak, honey, and spiced pear, followed by orange peel and dried fruit. A palate that melts into warm honey, vanilla, milk chocolate, pear, apple, and spiced coconut. The finish is exceptionally long, with sweet warm vanilla and honey, balanced with spice.
