Boann Single Pot Still Madeira Cask

A vibrant nose with enticing aromas of apples and peaches, followed by wonderful honey notes and toasted oak spice, with a touch of floral fragrances playing nicely in the background. The palate is a velvety smooth mouthfeel with peaches and cream on entry, overlaid with vanilla, walnuts, dried fruit cake and a delicate minerality throughout. A long and crisp finish with fresh lemon oil and a lingering savoury spice.
