Each rum that makes up the 21Year Old Nassau Valley Casks is crafted with a unique cane-to-cup process. A floral scent that develops into a unique, mature, nutty bouquet. Notes of vanilla, mellow orange peel, rich nutmeg, almond, warm coffee and cocoa. Long and dry finish with a slight sweetness that is not aggressive on the palate
