Bowmore 12
Bowmore 12 is the perfect introduction to Islay craft. Yet with a distinctive combination of dark chocolate and peat smoke that only this distillery can pull off so well. For those yet to sample smoky Islay whisky, this should be at the top of your list.
Bowmore 15
Bowmore 15 takes this peaty character to another level, by perfectly interweaving smooth smoky notes with toffee and honey, thanks to additional sherry cask maturation. One of our personal favourites here at The Single Malt Shop, as it shows just how multi-layered an Islay whisky can be.
